Getting acquainted with fractals

The programs producing the fractals in my book ‚Getting Acquainted with Fractals' are contained in the folder 'fractals' below. Currently this folder contains the executable programs 'koch072' (generating fractal curves), 'ifsa071' (producing attractors of various iterative function systems), 'ifsb072' (construction of iterative function systems), 'mand072' (exploring the Mandelbrot set and displaying Julia sets), and 'juli072' (generating Julia sets by different methods). The suffix '072' indicates the version 2 in the year 2007. The folder 'fractals' also containes files needed for the execution of these programs, so it better be downloaded as a whole.
